During the few remaining days of summer, one would always want to bite into the last heat wave and enjoy the weather that’s left – which is what we precisely did.
Being a native West-Islander at heart, Jim knew exactly where he would want to have his pictures taken. And, I gotta say, I couldn’t help but gasp upon arriving at the location, which I consider now to be a potential treasure cove for scenery. Having a cooperative weather definitely helped as well, to say the least!
Upon meeting the two of them, I absolutely had no idea they would be that much fun to capture. This is one reason why I love my work – people will not hesitate to open their hearts and break their daily “mature” barrier to show how much they love each other, and how fun life can truly become when you simply stop and enjoy the little things with your significant other. I know it sounds cheesy, but that’s how I see it
I’ve definitely had a lot of joy capturing them, especially since they came all the way from Toronto (where they currently reside) during the last days of summer. I wish you the best and all the good luck you’ll need in organizing your wedding next year, and I’m thrilled to have been chosen to be part of it as well!
Last but not least, a big thanks to Kris for tagging along and helping out.
